| What can I say about Jonny Quest? It's one of the greatest cartoons ever, slow animation aside. Not to mention it has one of the jazziest theme songs in recent memory. Yet, I can't find much art for it on here. This must be corrected. Jonny Quest attempted to create 26 half hour cartoons in a year. To do this with traditional animation, would take a decade and millions of dollars. If you still don't understand how groundbreaking this show was, keep in mind that this has never been attempted by network television ever again. Even today's cartoons can't compete with the look, the sound, and magic that was the original Jonny Quest. It's been 45 years and there has never been anything like it. So before you write it off as boring and overlook it, at least give credit where it is due. In theaters 2010. Hope it doesn't blow! |
